After extensive product development and testing, to complement our well established Simplex, Triplex and Equinox burner ranges we are delighted to officially launch the new state of the art Cochran Ultranox burner. Already, sales of the Ultranox particularly in the UK are already gaining momentum with customers who are looking to future proof their plant by reducing emissions well below the Medium Combustion Plant Directive (MCPD) threshold.
Cochran are the only boiler manufacturer in the UK to design and manufacture its own combustion equipment – a fact that we are immensely proud of. Through innovative design, featuring a unique combustion head, the Ultranox burner provides maximum efficiency with reliability whilst remaining easy to service and operate.
When paired with the Cochran’s Synergy or Eclipse boiler management systems, the Ultranox combustion equipment provide an exceptional proposition, reflecting Cochran inhouse development and know how. The Cochran Ultranox Burner is capable of achieving NOx emissions of 30mg/Nm3 whilst firing natural gas.
