Our annual long service awards took place in June, which was followed by an enjoyable celebratory lunch at Powfoot Hotel. Three people received awards this year, coincidentally all from the Aftermarket/Product Support side of the company.
Gary Johnstone joined us as an apprentice 40 years ago. He was a welder for many years before joining the Repair Squad. Chris Noakes started 20 years ago as service engineer and is now one of our most experienced senior engineers. Bob Slater also has 20 years’ service. He has had various roles in the company and is now Aftermarket Projects Manager.
